Miller UK Ltd. are a specialist producer of mechanical and hydraulic couplers for all the major manufacturers of small and large scale excavators and backhoe loaders. Miller realised they needed a more polished, professional looking manual style than the black and white versions their in-house technical department produced.

JPATL were commissioned to design, write and produce a new series of user manuals for the couplers - both under the Miller brand and also the brand of their clients. All the parts, installation and operation visuals in the manual were produced using AutoCAD and 3D visualisation software (see Graphics section).
