3D visualisation
Viewing a building as a 3D model gives many people, particularly those outside the construction industry, a better understanding of the structure than any number of plans and elevations. A 3D model can be used as part of the design process, or it may be used as a tool for presenting projects to potential clients.

We construct 3D models from supplied plans and elevations in AutoCAD then render the models to give realistic views. The finished results can be produced either as static images or as animated walkthroughs for viewing on screen.

Our dedicated CAD and visualisation team can also generate 3D models of products with animations to show how they fit with other components.

JPA TL were asked to provide 3D visuals for two photographic studios based on sketches supplied by the client...

When the studio was completed we concentrated on the finer details such as the furniture and the photographic equipment...

Using 3D software enables you to render stills images from any conceivable angle or even create a 360º animation complete with accurate lighting effects.

The above project featured extensive remodelling of an existing building which had been transformed into a series of apartments. As well as still images a series of walk-through animations were created to show the scale of the building.

3D animation examples
For online viewing these 3D animations have reduced file sizes of between 2-4MB. There is a choice of QuickTime (.mov) and WindowsMedia Player (.wmv) for each animation.
